What does the Elder Helpline do?
The Elder Helpline is a single entry point for access to community services for seniors. We respond to inquires from you, for yourself or on behalf of someone you care about, regarding public and private resources and services in your area.
How does the Elder Helpline work?
Based on the information you provide, certified information specialists provide unbiased information about resources and services in your area that may be most capable of meeting your needs, then allow you or your care network to make informed choices. When appropriate, services can be initiate on your behalf.
How do I contact the Elder Helpline?
You can call the Elder Helpline 1-866-41ELDER (1-866-413-5337) or 239-652-6901 between the hours of 8AM-5PM EST. The Agency is closed on all major holidays.
